We will exchange a fair price for quality work, not a cheap price for cut corners! We provide pricing before any work is done and we honor all quoted prices.

We will not allow any materials or equipment we provide you to be of questionable quality. We stand behind our labor with a warranty; we expect that all equipment vendors we use stand behind their products as well!

We will maintain staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week because we know problems don’t keep to a weekly schedule! We are here to answer your call. We will provide you with options for maintenance plans and annual service contracts to minimize or eliminate problems before they become one!

We will not make you wait simply because we were not properly prepared! We maintain fully stocked trucks so that we can efficiently solve most service problems or complete installations in a timely manner.

We will guarantee all our employees can be trusted 100% in your home or business. We employ rigorous pre–employment standards which include most importantly criminal and DMV background checks, and a technical aptitude test. We actively follow up on all job references listed. We maintain a random drug testing policy for all company employees. We can be trusted.
