G & S, Inc. was founded in 1977 as a residential heating and air conditioning installation company with two employees.  Over the decades, led by Roger Thompson, the company flourished, staying true to its beginnings as a “service first” company.   

Now with more than 50 employees and a fleet of 30 service trucks, the company transitioned from a small installation company to one of NW Washington’s largest HVAC contractors.  In 2018, G&S Heating partnered with another Puget Sound market leader, MM Comfort Systems, to offer enhanced services and products to our clients and leverage the strength of both companies. Since then, three more Northwest Washington home services companies have joined the effort.
